• this week was full of pretty slow days honestly. pretty normal week of finding, teaching, and baptizing.
• i did get to play volleyball with the YSA so that was fun
• our area is a never ending adventure. this week even more roads became giant holes. so we may or may not have broken some rules trying to shimmy our way down a 10 foot wall of dirt to get to the other side of the road. we survived.
• it also rained a ton this week so the streets were just rivers of sewer water. so we would just take our shoes off and walk barefoot. but there is also no power in our house so we can't wash our feet when we get home either. welcome to the jungle.

• someone that we were teaching a few months ago wrote us and told us to come over so we could talk about her wedding!! when we were teaching her, her husband didn't want to get married but now he does because he wants her to be able to get baptized🤭 lets goo! God has a plan
jungle facts
• everyone here knows how to dance and they do it all the time, even the guys. and they are sooo good! i would love to learn but we aren't allowed to...
• word of the week -> "poshceto" = a really really pale person.. i get this one a lot
something spiritual
"Thanks to the Atonement of Jesus Christ, if we obey and believe in the gospel, if we suffer for Christ and His word, if we give everything to His cause - we will become like Him and reign in everlasting glory." I've realized that we don't fully grasp the concept or understand what the Atonement of Jesus Christ really means. We can't understand how it saves us, but I know it does. He knows me perfectly. He felt it all. The fear, the pain, the homesickness jaja, the loneliness, the exhaustion, the frustration. The Atonement covers everything. Jesus Christ will never fail to give us strength and hope. He knows you and loves you perfectly!
Love you much!
